Due to the large volume of inquirys now being received, and in an effort to service your needs more promptly , If it is a ball park figure you are after, please read below, before submitting your inquiry, should you like to proceed and place an order, you can do so, via the contact form ,found on the contact page. Please read the following information to help you decide on the type of cake/cakes you require for your special celebration. At Nina's Cupcakery we like to personalise our cakes for each customer. It is difficult to set a fixed price for cakes as they are individually made and vary greatly with each customer. Cakes are priced according to complexity, design and the time it takes to create the cake.Please include your budget requirements and how many people your cake is required to serve, without a number of covers , i will be unable to recommend cake sizes that suit your needs or to send you a quote.

If you need help to design a cake for your celebration i now offer this service for a $30 upfront fee ,you can also book in for a one hour consult in person, on tuesdays or sat afternoons,or it can be all done via email, to suit your busy lifestyle.                                                                                                          Consults do not include a tasting, tastetings are optional ,and available for $58 available for cakes 50 plus covers ,once you have booked  in your cake order. Tasteting`s for 60-100 for  two flavor choices, 100 plus max 3 flavors choices.
 Below you will find an approximation of the prices involved to see if nina`s cupcakery is the right fit for you. I make round, square, mad hatter, double barrel and sculpted cakes, as sculptured cakes are labor intensive, a min of 30 covers is required.My cakes are filled , ganached and covered in delicious bakels fondant icing.

           COST.

Many of my finished cakes fall between $5.50 and $8.50 per serve, dependant on overall finished design of cake.Regular cake size is 2.5inches high, a 1.5 cake is 3.5 inches high and my double barrelled cakes are approx 6inchs high.

I charge $10p tier for colored icing.

Fake poly tiers start at $45 for 3 tiers and up.

        DELIVERY CHARGES.

I charge a $35 flat rate to del to either one of my drop off points. outside of spotlight frankston or to Chadstone crn chadstone rd and dandenong rd outside mcdonalds, subject to availability .

cake orders of $120 and up required on deliverys ,or 2 dozen cupcakes.

For all other deliverys i charge $40ph return and $60ph return on sundays ,again subject to availability.

 NEW TO THE CUPCAKERY DESEERT BUFFET TABLE`S

    Thinking of having a 3-4 tier wedding cake? why not have less cake and expand into a wedding dessert buffet table/or a celebration dessert buffet table, for around a similar price $ range. Dessert buffet`s are taylored individually to your needs  , starting at $450, quotes on dessert tables require a upfront $30 fee, which will be put toward your table when you secure your order with a 50% deposit, should you choose not to go ahead the $30 fee is non-refundable.   • celebration cake quotes are valid for 7 days
  • wedding cake quotes are valid for 14, at which time a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • 50% deposit is required when booking a cake, balance to be paid in full 7 days prior to party,and 14 days on wedding cakes.
