Hello all and welcome to the cupcakery ! NOW located in PAKENHAM, we specialize in highly decorative cupcakes and cakes.All baked from scratch, using great ingredients. Due to the recent large volume of inquirys now being received, and in an effort to service your needs more promptly, before submitting your inquiry via the contact form ,found on the contact page, please read the cake page for all general inquirys, to give you an approximate cost, and see if the cupcakery`s cakes are the right fit for your celebration. *Please note if your inquiry is sent on a fri , i will be busy with cakes and deliverys through sat morning and as im closed on sundays it will be mon afternoon or tue before you receive confirmation of your order,Mon-tues are best for prompt replys to order inquirys, if urgent please contact me by phone tue-sat 10am -4pm. We offer free local del in pakenham, outside of area, by arrangement for a fee, or choose from one of my two set rate drop off delivery points ,not available on sundays , outside spotlight frankston or outside Mcdonalds chadstone crn chadstone rd and dandenong rd for set delivery fee of $35. Delivery charges for everwhere else are $40 ph return and $60ph return sundays.
NEW BEGINNERS CUPCAKE DECORATING CLASSES -CLASSES WILL RESUME IN MARCH 2013....
Course will run for 3-half hours and cover, 30 min talk and tips on baking, products modelling and an explanation of equipment used in class, covering 6 cupcakes with fondant and 6 with frosting ,using 3 frosting teqniquies, all included ,you take home 12 cupcakes and a 10 page booklet, byo apron and snack.M INIMUIM OF 6 NEEDED ON ALL CLASSES- PLEASE READ TERMS AND COND PAGE FOR CLASSES.

THIS NEW CLASS-will combine modelling and new decorating techniques for those who have already done any of the above classes-Tuesday 21st april 6.30pm-10pm cost $145, places are limited, so hurry in this will be a fun class!!

THE DESIGN
Requiring 7 days notice ,Cupcakes range from a simple FLAT cut out decoration starting at $3.50 in the buttercake range or $4.50 in the premium cake range, and go up to $12 per cupcake, the more intricate the design and work the higher the cost. MAX 4 designs per dozen.Please refer to cupcake page for more information and full flavour list to choose from.
ALLERGIES? Need Egg or Dairy Free? Not a problem! I can cater for any special dietry requirements. have an anafalactic child? as a mother of one, i know the need to have confidance that the cake you order will not have any reactions is paramount. ** All products are nut free **
CAKES
Cake orders require a minimum of 7 days notice, i take bookings up to 6months in advance , and 12month with wedding cakes ,with a 50% non-refundable deposit, as my work is highly decorative , places are limited and orders will only be confirmed once deposit is received.For information and a price guide please refer to cake page and be sure to fill in all fields when placing your order.

A qualified chef of eighteen years, having worked in melbourne resturants for many years ,together with my husband we moved from melbourne to start a family, now with our little ones ,i started nina`s cupcakery, i hold both my certificate II in hospitaliy[kitchen operations] and my business is registered, and meets with the fstanz criteria, so you can be assured you cakes and cupcakes are being produced to the highest standards in a kitchen that comply`s with all food saftey standards.
